Tim A. 69 Bronco
after talking
to Tim for a while he came in for the usual undercoat, check out all the
bugs, add a cage kinda thing...of course it escalated to a lot more, lol...

this is how she
arrived, not bad, he already had someone do the door post and floor pans,
which they did a great job!!

yup, strip
out the engine, tranny (needed to be rebuilt) and t-case (needed the pills
taken out for twin stick), strip out the shafts and the fuel tank, ready
to get cleaned and coated!

cleaned
up and coated, looking good!!!

added a 3.5"
suspension lift, reduced the 3" body lift to 2" and added new shocks and
flares. of course, the body lift almost always has to be modified to get
a straight body line, and yes, before the cage is made to fit!! also added
new door hinges and aligned everything up!!

while the
engine was out he wanted to clean it up a bit, it still ran great so now
was the time to make it look purty!

cleaned
and sprayed the engine comp and put the massive 2 bbl power plant back
in!!
love the
smell of herculiner in the morning...

cleaned,
"de-pilled" and stainless steel twin sticked from JB fab (nice!!) added
to a fresh rebuilt c4, life is good!!
ripped
out the dash for a refurb/ paint and wiring repair while i'm there.. He
has a column out of a 78 chevy van, I thought was odd, but turns out to
be common!! Tim also wanted his instrument cluster rebuilt by Kevin at
classychassisrestoration.com he really did a great job!

Tim wanted the
original plain dash to keep the old school look and a relocated key switch,
in wimbeldon white, no prob...

shot the interior, gotta love the nice look and serious waterproofing!
fresh dash
with new dash overlay and cleaned up switches and bezels, cleeeeean babay!!
fab'd and installed a family cage, and installed the corbeau seats and
brackets. these are the low side corbeau's very nice, but they do require
some mounting mods to get them to lean back, otherwise they sit almost
straight up. no big problem, just a little heads up!
ahh, he couldn't resist...the new ford racing valve covers!!! it looks faster already!!
I'll be finishing
his rig this week and update, thanks for looking!!!
