Mike's 74 Bronco
 nice!!! came in for a fresh 351w motor r/r, cleaning and undercoating the bottom and freshening up in the engine compartment. along with a few other items...


 



 nice looking rig!! before the disassembly, not too bad actually..


 yanked the motor and tranny, we'll be using the parts off the 302 for the conversion.


    a glob of dirt and oil, there's a dana 20 under there. here she's ready for the cleaning part (man, what fun......yes, that is a joke)


     all cleaned up, clean cut and clean shaved and ....my kinda party...(jason aldean song) new goodies are so cool..

    still I threatend to paint his tank pink....


 


added some DeepSouth FAB prerunner bumpers and alum fuel tank.

finished for now... new specs: 351w with goodies/ msd ign/ alum rad/shroud/2" bl /1-1/4" wheel spacers/ alum fuel tank/ hd driveshaft/ alloy front axles/ front and rear prerunner bumpers/ 8000# winch/ DSF wrap trap/ ss twin stick/     more to come!! he's addicted bad..

UPDATE.....

well he couldn't take it very long..

 he came back for built tranny, 2800 stall and B&M shifter, additional KC lites on the bumper.

Then for some Ford Racing aluminum heads, hardened pushrods and roller rockers for some extra boost..Later that day he wanted to do a test run and a SMOKIN burn out, the truck performed great!! you could hardly see the police lights thru all the smoke, hhahaaaaa. he got lucky and got out of that ticket tho...lesson learned..pay a little more attention to the car coming up from behind!!

   added a custom skid plate,

     and.. a 9" backbrace for strength and cool factor!@!!

    nothing like cutting off good rockers!!!! adding rock skis !!

     rock ski's added crossmember and custom body supports, with added step bar. look, he loved his 39's!!
  some upgrades I didn't get pics of...4:56 gears with alloy axles, rear disc, line lock, and the latest addition of Micket Thompson aluminum rims...he still ain't finished, lol ....
